1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CorePilates, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, or services.

CorePilates may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CorePilates. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Health and fitness disclaimer

CorePilates provides general fitness and wellness content only. We are not a medical provider, healthcare provider, personal trainer, physical therapist, or professional medical advisor.

The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition. Any workout, recommendation, plan, cue, or progress information is provided for general informational purposes.

Before starting CorePilates or any exercise program, consult a doctor, qualified healthcare professional, or certified trainer, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, have pain, have a medical condition, or have not exercised recently.

Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, weakness, or any unusual symptoms, and seek medical advice.

You use CorePilates at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorePilates is not responsible for injuries, health issues, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app, workouts, or content.

4. No guarantee of results

Fitness results vary by person and depend on many factors, including consistency, body condition, sleep, nutrition, health history, and technique.

We do not guarantee weight loss, strength gains, flexibility improvements, pain relief, or any specific result.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refund policy

CorePilates may offer paid subscriptions or app purchases. Prices, trial periods, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original app purchase or subscription charge. After 3 days, payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app-store provider, refunds and billing disputes may be handled by that provider and may be subject to that provider's rules and approval process.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to CorePilates or its systems.

You may not use CorePilates in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or harms other users or the service.

7. Intellectual property

CorePilates, including its content, workouts, text, images, design, software, trademarks, and branding, is owned by CorePilates or its licensors.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own personal wellness use, subject to these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorePilates and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to CorePilates will not exceed the amount you paid to CorePilates in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for others, or if we discontinue the service.

You may stop using CorePilates at any time. Some provisions, including health disclaimers, intellectual property, refunds, and limitation of liability, survive termination.
